Hello, I noticed your FTTH connection has been acting up recently. Over the past few days, Steam hasn’t loaded its homepage and Uplay is behaving oddly—failing to display any friend photos or avatars. Origin also stopped working, refusing login while still loading, and showing an error about being unavailable. Despite a 100 Mbps connection and positive speed tests for other sites like Google, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, everything seems to work on your phone data but not on this service. It’s confusing since the issue persists across multiple platforms. Could someone help identify what might be causing this problem?

Tell your ISP you informed them about the issue. Ask them to provide simple troubleshooting steps.

It got fixed; they told me just to configure an IP4 address on my computer. That resolved everything and everything functioned properly again.

It’s better to use DHCP for automatic assignment. Manual setup may lead to conflicts with other devices already using DHCP.
