Internet issue on YouTube is not working for you.
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with YouTube. It sounds like you’re facing issues across different devices and platforms. Please let me know if you’d like guidance on troubleshooting or checking your connection.
Do all gadgets connect via the same internet source? Are the mobile ones relying on a mobile data plan? If you're using your own connection, start by turning on the router. If that fails, the issue might lie with your ISP.
I have a broadband issue. My phone works as a hotspot, and YouTube runs smoothly on my iPad and iPhone. But with the broadband connection, my iPad, iPhone, and even my computer can’t stream YouTube videos. I updated the router firmware, yet the problem continues. My laptop, however, connects to the same faulty connection and still plays YouTube videos through Chrome.
I'm experiencing this problem occasionally on my iPhone 4. It usually involves videos that shouldn't be available on the mobile platform—either because they're restricted for certain devices or simply not converted for that use. This tends to occur when searching via Bing or Google instead of using the YouTube app, or when links are sent through email or text messages. Try removing the YouTube app from your iOS devices and ensure you're not using the mobile version in Safari. Switch to Firefox or Chrome on your computer; if it still doesn't resolve the issue, it might be a Flash-related problem—uninstall Flash, then reinstall it carefully, avoiding just updates. Also check for browser extensions or system software that could block certain scripts or plugins.
I attempted everything you suggested, but the issue persists. Thanks a lot for your assistance.
I plan to try that. By the way, yes I'm using Firefox. I'll install Chrome and let you know the outcome. Thanks for your guidance.
