Hello, I recently purchased a new PC and faced internet issues. I used USB tethering because I was short on time, but after some time I returned it through RMA and they confirmed everything was fine. Once I received it again, I rebuilt the system and reinstalled Windows, which functioned properly for about a month. Now, the internet stops working briefly every time I boot up, especially after downloading Proton VPN. I tried restarting, but the problem persists. The internet card isn’t visible in Device Manager when the connection drops. Even after reinstalling Windows, it didn’t resolve the issue. Could you help me figure this out? Apologies if my explanation is unclear.

Verify that Proton VPN isn’t establishing a connection on its own. If you’re certain about your motherboard model, visit the manufacturer’s site to locate the product page. There, you should be able to obtain updated drivers for Ethernet and Wi-Fi. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B65...support#dl Ensure Windows is up to date. Here are some commands you can execute: netsh winsock reset ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew SFC /scannow

I reinstalled Windows to avoid using Proton VPN at the moment. I had drivers set up before. When I tried reinstalling again, I didn’t install the drivers this time. Now the internet card appears in the device list but is hidden. Commands didn’t resolve the issue. Running 'ipconfig /release' without USB tethering connected from the phone showed: "No operation can be performed on Bluetooth network connection while it has its media disconnected."

Windows identifying the Intel AX210 indicates you're running a rev 1.1 motherboard. The older rev 1.0 model uses a RealTek RTL8852CE chipset. Ensure you've downloaded and installed the appropriate drivers. Windows 10 or 11 might behave oddly during the first setup, especially with WiFi and Bluetooth enabled. On previous devices, these features didn't activate, but I resolved the issue using the built-in diagnostic tool and ran the troubleshooter.

I believe the drivers are correct; I installed them using GCC.
