Internet connection is unusually slow.
I received a new motherboard and processor recently, and I performed a complete reinstall of Windows 10. I updated the BIOS and installed all the drivers, but my internet download speed has been throttled. The usual speeds are 300 down and 300 up, but now I only get 60 down and 300 up. Other devices connected to the internet are working normally. I've tried switching Ethernet cables and doing another fresh install of Windows. The new motherboard I got is: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming CPU: Ryzen 5 3600. Anyone has ideas about what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?
