I improved my internet connection to 400 MBit/s. On my PC, I only achieved around 17 MBit/s. I verified the LAN cable and router, which showed 420 MBit/s. Testing on another PC confirmed the 400 MBit/s. After updating all drivers, the speed remained unchanged. Now, using Windows Sandbox for testing, I successfully reached the expected 400 MBit/s. It’s unclear what to do next—please advise.

Are you only checking performance from one source and not evaluating the real services you rely on, instead focusing only on speed test websites that don’t provide additional insights?

Thanks for the feedback. I confirmed the results across various platforms. Steam games downloaded in Sandbox performed at the advertised speed, while Sanbox showed a slower 16 MBit/s.

It appears you're experiencing restrictions on download speeds due to software designed to enhance performance. Consider turning off any game-optimizer tools you may have installed.

Do you have any VPN connection active? Ensure your anti-virus or anti-malware tools are turned off. Also, verify if any processes are using excessive bandwidth.
