Yeah, I looked it up on my laptop too and found the same issue. It works over Ethernet and Wi-Fi, but when I try launchers or torrenting, speeds are through the roof. Both machines have the newest BIOS, chipset, and network drivers—just check another network to see if it’s the same.
I discovered a fix; it seems the update includes a mod for TCP speed settings to enhance app performance. I followed the steps from https://www.adslzone.net/2016/08/08/velo...ucionarlo/. Now my downloads are running at full speed, around 62mbps or 7.3mb/s. I hope this helps you.
