I just restored the system using the built-in feature and returned to the state before the final Windows update on the 7th. It worked and now I can connect via Ethernet or WiFi. It’s a bit frustrating since I’m not sure what’s causing it, but the most likely reason seems to be issues with the latest Windows Update. Thanks for all the advice!
