When connected to your PC, it shows 100Mbps. When you switch the cable to your laptop, it displays 1Gbps.

We understand the problem lies with your PC. Are there any applications or software that might interfere with Ethernet, such as Internet optimization programs (cFos, NetLimiter, etc.)? Have there been any recent power disruptions or severe weather events?
