For my budget build using the Ryzen 2200G, will the built-in graphics still provide noticeable benefits compared to a 1050Ti? Will the game performance remain similar if I used a standard processor with the same clock speed? ...Will the integrated graphics have an impact?

there will be no advantage in using an iGPU when you already have a dedicated GPU, as they operate separately. Still, identifying an iGPU can help with troubleshooting.
