I bought a Logitech Pro X wireless with a USB dac and experienced noticeable distortion and cracking during audio playback. I attempted various fixes including resetting the headset, reinstalling drivers, updating software, and disabling Bluetooth/Wi-Fi interference. Removing other USB devices helped but didn’t resolve the issue. Testing on my Steam Deck worked perfectly, suggesting the problem lies with the PC itself rather than the headphones. I also tried using a different USB cable to move it away from the PC. The support team’s advice was vague, and I suspect power delivery issues might be involved. I’ve attached audio test files for reference. Any guidance would be appreciated.
