I attempted to use my gaming computer, but when I launch Fortnite, a blue circle appears and the game fails to load. This issue persists across all web browsers on both of my computers. I’ve experimented with an Ethernet cable for streaming, without success. I've also tried resetting, reinstalling my games, restarting, and other troubleshooting steps, yet nothing resolves the problem. I received this PC as a birthday gift from a Firefox acquaintance—my uncle—but it isn’t functioning correctly. Please assist me; I can provide account details:

Processor: Intel® core™ i7-4770 cpu @ 3.40Ghz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 1803

Without access to online sites, your internet service isn’t functioning. Verify that the cables are securely connected at each end, restart your router and modem, and attempt a different cable. Additionally, utilize the network diagnostic tool within Windows to identify any problems.

still does not work because everything is connected and I have a really really good EDUP its a good connecting signal, my pc says it have full wifi but still nothing. im 9 and im just starting to get good at coding, fixing, and others but I have never faced this problem ever in my life I use firefox and I typed in roblox but this is what it said
Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site.
we can't connect to the server at
www.roblox.com
If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:
. Try again later.
. Check your network connection
. If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox
has permission to access the Web.
