I should have mentioned that using an older BIOS could lead to problems with your memory module. 24 or 48GB sticks need specific settings to function properly (especially those based on Micron), while the latest BIOS versions probably include better optimizations for higher-density kits. F8 should come after these updates and should work fine, but be aware it might cause random crashes if you encounter BSODs.

I think I’ll likely abandon the F8 permanently. I’m just trying to verify the 'broken eclk' idea, then I’ll probably revert to F24c, keep the CPU settings unchanged, and hold off on any further updates.
