Here’s a concise version of your instructions:

To achieve 4.4Ghz, follow these key changes in the BIOS before overclocking.
1. Adjust "All Core" CPU Multiplier to 44X
2. Set CPU cache multiplier (Ring bus) to 35
3. Fix CPU Vcore to 1.25–1.30v
4. Set Cache voltage (Ring Bus) to 1.20–1.25v
5. Set Vrin (CPU Input Voltage) to 1.9–2.1v
Make sure you’re using the latest BIOS version.
Save and restart Windows.
Apply a stress test using tools like IBT on High, monitoring temperatures with Realtemp or similar.
Run the test 10 to 20 times; if it doesn’t crash after the fifth run, you’re stable.
If you need more details, feel free to ask.

Oh... wait... already got one.
😉
Quick question: So, you lean towards fixed vcore rather than offset/adaptive?

And give a dirty name. lol
Oh.. wait... already have one.
Quick question: Do you prefer a fixed Vcore rather than offset or adaptive?
You don't want to use adaptive since it usually makes the Vcore too high. The fixed voltage is the best option for maintaining stable temperatures and voltages.

It functions well for you, Steve?
Yes, it works very well. I can handle demanding programs without the CPU crashing.

Som3one :
Not working over here...unfortunately.
🙁
Getting a blue screen after 2mins of Prime.
How are temps? Try upping the cache voltage to 1.15v. 1.10v might be too low for some chips. I will revise the OP

Average around 69°C, reaching 74°C occasionally with a Kraken x60. EDIT: Temperatures during Prime usage.
