Hey! I saw those 40$ Xeon Phi boards on eBay and had an idea. Could you send packets using that 64-core setup? And maybe ping flood someone for some discussion?

Xeon Phi serves mainly scientific purposes and isn't practical for everyday tasks. Today's GPUs outperform it significantly. It doesn't affect your internet speed; a fast connection needs better bandwidth, not a powerful CPU.
