Hey everyone, I'm facing an odd issue with my CPU turbo frequency. It doesn't ramp up to the advertised speed when under load, like it should on a Cinebench R15. Not sure what's causing it.

It boosts everything at once, not just the individual core. The advertised turbo effect applies to all cores, not limited to a single one.

The turbo is composed of a single core. 3700 MHz, 3600 MHz with two cores, 3500 MHz with three cores, 3400 MHz with four cores.

I completed the adjustment but it isn't visible. Basically, it boosts to 3.4GHZ across all cores and maintains that speed.
