Which RAM size suits you better depends on your needs—16GB offers a balance for most users, while 32GB is ideal if you require more memory for demanding tasks.

The CPU is the main processor. 16GB of RAM works adequately. A 32GB requirement isn't necessary unless you plan intensive tasks.

How does the build appear? Do you need a CPU cooler for quiet operation?

I’ll purchase an additional NVMe drive and store it in a portable case. The backup files will switch to a more affordable motherboard and use a standard NVMe slot.

A Pentium socket 774 with an Extreme 4GB DDR2 RAM connected via SATA III performs equally well for everyday tasks as an AMD A10 CPU using Windows 10 with DDR3. Creating something new leads to unnecessary effort.

It seems you're dealing with a lot of small files being moved daily, and the SATA III isn't assisting. Let me know if you need further clarification!

I understand the reason behind my choice of a 10-port PCIe X3 SATA III controller. Still, some older Intel 774 form factor systems struggle with it, while most Steam titles work fine.
