Hi everyone. I'm looking for advice on this setup. I have an i7-10700 with an ASUS Prime B460 motherboard and 24GB of Corsair RAM in dual-channel mode. After testing game load times and FPS with Turbo Boost both off and on, I didn’t notice any big difference. I decided to turn it off because the CPU feels cooler and the fans are quieter. However, my PassMark memory score dropped from 94% to 65% (from 3545 to 2789 points) when I ran benchmarks. When Turbo Boost is enabled again, it recovers to about 95%. Do you know if there are any BIOS or system settings that can help maintain memory performance without using Turbo Boost?
