Dual Universe is currently in beta for about three months. Players have reported issues with AMD systems struggling to run the game. The problem stems from the game's reliance on AVX, and its performance is limited to single-core processing.

AMD's performance with AVX since Zen 2 matches Intel's, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're just outdated versions. It could be a different approach altogether.

Advanced Zen versions support AVX, yet increasing the number of cores can cause performance issues and crashes in the client.
