Intel's board is considering relocating its silicon manufacturing overseas. Internal disclosures indicate they aim to remain competitive by shifting production beyond North America, marking a shift from their previous "made in America" stance.
This appears to be the strategy they're using to match AMD's pricing. Does that imply Intel will become more accessible?
