Ensure display size matches 100%? Otherwise, some apps configured for Windows 7 or older may not render correctly on Windows 10.

Adjusted to 100% then changed to recommended 150% and back to 100%, but the PROSet app remained unaffected. Only the stretching issue appeared at 150%.

OK, so I can't figure out how to fix the display bug, but I did manage to work around it to add VLANs anyway. For anyone who finds this - Select the "Create Team" button (but don't click it). Press [Tab] then [Space] Add your desired VLAN.
