I'm working on getting Intel decoding for Steams in-home streaming. It seems the setup isn't using the HD 4000 on the client even though I set it up that way. When streaming my desktop to the T530, it's relying on the CPU instead of the client's HD 4000. I'm not very comfortable with Linux and Elementary OS—it's a simplified distro with fewer repos and pre-installed apps. I suspect this might also be causing laggy video playback in certain browsers. I think I have Intel decoding installed, but it doesn't seem to function properly for Steam. Version 1.7.1-0intel1 is present; I'm not sure if an older version is needed and don't know how to install one.
