I am wondering if this is good. I have an Intel Pentium G3258 and I overclocked it to 4.0GHz and my voltage at 1.200 on the stock fan and stress tested it and it passed and my highest temperature was 86c. I am wondering if this temperature is good and stable? My average temperature while just using it to browse the internet is 30-50. Please answer!

86 is a bit high, so I’d consider getting a good cooler and see if it can handle 4.4 at the same voltage or 1.22.

Is that the maximum you can achieve with 1.2V? If yes... unlucky. The silicon lottery really messed up my chances too.
You’ll definitely need an aftermarket cooler if you plan to overclock. I recommend the Hyper EVO 212 from Coolermaster—it’s really affordable.
