Intel Overclocking help
Hello.
I have an Intel I5 6400 processor (non K) paired with an Intel H170 motherboard. I understand that the I5 with an Asus Z170 board can be overclocked using a BIOS change, but given how similar the H170 and Z170 are, is it feasible to overclock my system as well? Perhaps even with the same BIOS update or another change.
Best Regards.
Hello... your CPU is quite good, though it's not an overclocked one. Is this required for your tasks?

Yes, it's really decent. However, because it sometimes limits performance in certain games due to GPU bottlenecking, I'd like to improve it a bit. I can do that with an OC. The issue is the BIOS, as it isn't a K model, and the motherboard isn't Z170. Do you have any suggestions for Intel motherboards?
