Intel Motherboard Overclocking
Intel Motherboard Overclocking
You might still be able to overclock the Intel DQ670W with an i5 2500k for gaming purposes, though it depends on the current settings and stability.
I don't think boards BIOS allows for 'full-scale' overclocking, which makes sense. There are no heatsinks on the VRMs and a fairly basic power delivery phase. The board wasn't built with overclocking in mind. You might be able to increase the BLCK multiplier, but I wouldn't suggest it for this board.

I think boards BIOS doesn't really allow 'full-scale' overclocking, for a valid reason. There are no heatsinks on the VRMs and the power delivery phase isn't very strong. The board wasn't built with overclocking in mind. You might be able to adjust the BLCK multiplier, but I wouldn't suggest it for this board.
