Hey. Even when I shut down all apps, the CPU remains at 100% and temperature stays normal. The NZXT cam displays around 1% load. I've already done a fresh Windows install, but it's still the same. The AIO unit is functioning and I can sense hot air escaping. I removed the sticker for a cooler as well. I'm confused about what to do next. Looking at the setup, maybe this will clarify things. Here are the specs: NZXT H710İ Intel Core i9 13900K, NZXT Kraken X73 RGB RL-KRX73-R1, 360mm MSI MB MAG Z790, TOMAHAWK WIFI SOKET 1700 DDR5 7200MHZ, PCI-E Gen5 M.2, GSKILL 32GB (2x16GB), Trident Z5 RGB 7200MHz, Samsung 2TB NVMe 990 PRO, NVMe 2.0 SSD, MSI GeForce RTX 4090, VENTUS 3X 24G OC GDDR6X, MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, 80+ Gold power supply, Microsoft Windows 11 Pro FQC-10556.

No thought at all. It doesn't matter.

The W10 performs poorly with the new Intel chips featuring Big/Little cores. The CPU is overheating intensely, causing it to throttle heavily and operate at maximum capacity regardless of workload. Screenshots you shared are difficult to read—would you like me to upload them to a platform like imgur.com?

Based on the temperatures, it seems the cooler wasn<|pad|>, so the device is attempting to prevent damage. It might be worth taking it apart for a fresh start.

W11 stands out as the best option for recent Intel processors because of the scheduler improvements for the Big and Little cores

The device lacks airflow, which could cause significant thermal throttling. Ensure the cooler is installed correctly or adjust accordingly. You can assess performance by checking idle temperatures.
