I’m trying to understand why my CPU is running much slower than other 8700K chips. It scored 7600 on TimeSpy, while the average is around 9600. I checked temperatures, applied thermal paste, kept BIOS settings unchanged, and haven’t done any overclocking or XMP tuning. The fan is Hyper212 EVO, and I’m wondering if there’s a better way to lower the temps further. Let me know if you need more details.
