90 is fine. But like stated, lower the voltage a tad and go from there. No need to waste money and time at this point

Thanks, I'll check it out! SpeedFan isn't picking up my CPU either, and the only info I see is the fan speed around 970-100 RPM.

HP Bios? OEM motherboard? How much do you really care about the warranty? You might be able to tweak voltage and other settings using XTU if the BIOS doesn't allow it.
