The gap is €14. Performance averages remain consistent, but a 1% or 0.1% improvement with 3600mhz cl36 is possible. Latency stays identical. A full PC setup using GTX 1660S means some games work best in 1080p.

The budget option appears mainly for looks. It should work fine for a 12700k if you avoid overclocking. Cheaper RAM is an alternative instead of spending a lot on speed. You can self-tune it and expect around 4500 MHz depending on settings. Make sure your CPU has a solid IMC and the board has decent RAM. RGB Pro supports Samsung B Die, but that's uncommon—opt for a used unit and check the revision closely to ensure reliability.

Crosair aio produces quite a lot of sound, which I noticed in reviews. The CRUCIAL RAM works well, though it's hard to fix with Icue. A price difference of €14 isn't much. 3200mhz cl16: https://www.amazon.nl/gp/product/B081XWLQKS 3600mhz cl18: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B082DGZJ9C

It's about whether you prioritize performance or appearance. Also, skipping the Corsair case makes sense—using an RGB software like OpenRGB would be better. It's a CoolerMaster AIO, not a Corsair one.
