No one has tried before? My old i5-6500 CPU worked fine for a 4K TV setup. You can proceed with building your PC without a GPU.

The i5 6500 (Intel HD 530) supports HDMI 1.4 capable of 3840x2160 at 30Hz. For 4K at 60Hz, you'd need DisplayPort instead, since most TVs lack that capability.

Perfect choice. A hp mini g6 or similar paired with a 6400t works well for that task.

TV lacks a display port yet it should maintain around 30 frames per second, probably because I’m just using an emulator there. That’s fine. Thanks for the help!
