I placed an order for an Intel i5 4690k for my GTX 960 card with 8 gig of RAM, and I was considering overclocking if necessary. Could you suggest some software options or video guides for this? Also, would you need a more powerful power supply for my system? I currently have 650 watts.

Your PSU is fine, you've already overclocked your CPU in the BIOS. Nowadays it's common for gaming motherboards to support overclocking, and if you're curious about how to do it, there are many guides available online. This video could be useful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CHs5_TdpXE. For GPU overclocking, you can try programs such as MSI afterburner or Evga precision X.

Even a 450W would suffice. Depending on your motherboard, you might opt for MSI afterburner or something comparable, but typically you just overclock using the BIOS settings. Your motherboard needs to be a Z series to allow overclocking. You also don't have to push it too hard, as your GPU will limit performance before the CPU even reaches 60% of its capacity.
