Logically speaking, even with high temperatures and increased fan speed, it wouldn't produce the same noise as when the laptop is new. Perhaps the fan is simply worn out and requires replacement. These fans typically have bearings that degrade over time. I'm also uncertain if I applied enough lubrication to the fan's rod connecting to the cooler system. It seems replacing the fan would be the best solution, as they can fail or become noisy occasionally.

I managed to acquire a matching heat pipe with fan (only been used for a few months at most) and it appears to be quieter now. What bothers me is that turbo boost keeps activating frequently when my CPU exceeds 100% or reaches 2.5 GHz. I also have an SSD that's optimized (indexing disabled and similar settings). It seems like it activates even when idle...

Windows operates many processes behind the scenes, particularly 10. What issues arise with Turbo Boost? Keep it on—performance improves.
