No, you cannot 'boost' it beyond its specifications.
It functions as designed.
it was last updated around the 2019 timeframe, I couldn't even get the correct driver. I used one for Windows 7, something like PhGdX, and had to rely on the Wayback machine to try downloading it. Once it finally installed, it just displayed as the standard Microsoft display driver.
It doesn't exist a superior driver for that graphics component.
