Hello! Your 1.5-year-old build began to heat up excessively on the CPU even when nothing was being used. The thermal paste is fresh, and the cooler fits well. The AIO unit is functioning properly, while all other temperatures stay between 40-50°C. On basic tasks like playing WoW, the CPU stays around 100°C with temps near 60°C, but it jumps to 100°C instantly after just a few minutes, even when everything is turned off.
Specs: Windows 10, Intel Core i9-10850K, Asus Prime Z490, Crucial Ballistix 32GB x2 on Kingston M.2 NVMe drive, RX 580 graphics card (though it was a work-only PC without a GPU before). I’ve reset the BIOS and tried undervolting, but nothing helps. I can’t test it on another system because I don’t have one right now. The voltage, ratios, and other details look normal.
Screenshots show stable idle temps and a sudden spike during load—something unusual for these specs. It seems the system is fine most of the time (10-20% usage, 50-60°C) but then jumps unexpectedly.

It doesn't seem to be working properly. Which AIO cooler are you using? Some models have been recalled due to rapid failures. At 20 watts, your CPU shouldn't exceed 100°C. With a 10850K fully loaded on Cinebench, power use jumps to 165W and the CPU stays at just 63°C.
