Intel chip pin damaged during overheating

I had a faulty motherboard before with bent CPU pins, which I didn’t notice at first. After installing my CPU, two pins on my i7 burned. When I got a new motherboard, everything fit and it worked properly. However, when I removed all the RAM, it wouldn’t power up or shut off again. My main concern is whether the issue lies with the RAM or my CPU.

He likely referred to the connectors on the board. I’m more concerned about the damaged pins potentially damaging the CPU. Are you looking for another CPU that matches that setup?

I apologize for the confusion, I meant components like padds, not the pins. If you're okay with that, the motherboard supports up to 8GB of RAM. Your question about using 16GB is a good one—let me know!
