I purchased Corsair 32GB DDR4 RAM at 3200MHz and checked its compatibility—it lists Intel only. Will that impact my performance if I pair it with an AMD CPU?

Mostly this. There is that caveat that if it's not on the QVL for your board and CPU setup, there is, albeit unlikely, a chance that it will not work. Some boards are very sensitive to what memory is used in them.
