My recall is mostly affected by that memory issue we had some time back. It might not be entirely accurate.

They likely rely on the server version of the cores, which should boost IPC with a larger L2 cache. Having twice as many E-cores adds more shared L3 cache for the P-cores, potentially improving performance. I anticipate the manufacturing process has been optimized, raising clock speeds by several hundred MHz.
