Uncertain about VoLTE or general voice options since at that stage you can rely on VoIP or simply use a phone, which is much simpler.

It seems the spec mentions Windows 10 but likely refers to Windows 10 Mobile, since that's the mobile operating system.

The Sierra program for that modem functions as intended. Aircards have been available in laptops for many years, and most users opt for a USB connection instead of using the modem directly.
