I'm facing the same issue with my Asrock B560 Steel Legend. It doesn't support Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

Are you certain the motherboard includes WiFi natively? You only notice an M.2 slot for a WiFi adapter, which means you'll have to install one yourself.
