Looking for ways to enhance the four USB Type-A ports on your Dark Hero VIII. With only one USB 3.1 Gen 1 header, you need two extra ports. I found a suggestion online that might work, but I'm not sure it would cause any issues. It seems capable of handling the setup. The link points to a product with a 19-pin internal USB hub, which could be compact enough for your case.

You can connect with that adapter. The ports will distribute the bandwidth from the single header, though it shouldn't cause issues unless you're using all four simultaneously for high-bandwidth devices.
