You're running Windows 11 Pro 23H2 as a host and Vmware Workstation 17 Player, with Windows 11 Pro 24H2 as a guest. To connect your Logitech 9000 camera to the Windows 11 guest, you'll need to ensure the USB is recognized by the guest OS. Try connecting the camera via USB directly to the Windows 11 guest machine and check if it appears in the device manager or camera settings. If not, consider using a virtual network adapter or adjusting USB settings in the guest configuration.

It seems you're suggesting assigning the USB port to the Windows virtual machine.

You just reinsert the camera into operation while the VM is active, and it will identify it and prompt you about connecting it to the host or the VM.
