For the CPU, enter BIOS, locate PBO, configure it to advanced mode. Adjust the curve optimizer to -30 and verify stability. Avoid lowering it further, such as to -20. Regarding the GPU, install MSI Afterburner, modify clock speed and power target as needed. If unfamiliar, keep settings unchanged from the default in MSI Afterburner.
