Following the Windows 10 update, the monitor showed "D-SUB Out of range" after booting. I accessed the Startup Options and tried restoring the system to an earlier version. The issue persisted, causing the PC to repeatedly restart. There seems to be a problem with the D-SUB device or its configuration.

It’s showing an overly high resolution for your display. Switch to Safe Mode and lower the screen settings—currently 1920x1080 at 60Hz is already challenging VGA.

Begin with open start, press power, then go to pres settings, shift key pressed while holding, keep it down. Use the mouse to click restart. Continue holding shift and release it. This will take you to the safe mode menu.
