Thanks to all for your assistance—it was a simple procedure. I assumed the download happened on Windows 8.1 during a clean install, but it actually performed correctly and installed just like any regular CD.

Using NTLite, transfer the files from the CD and generate an ISO. You can also adjust the installation options as needed.
