Hello, I'm having trouble setting up Kali Linux on Windows 10 for a double boot. I struggled during installation and wasn't sure what to do at the end. I just need guidance on the exact steps to follow.

You reduced the partition size in Windows, then set up Kali there. After that, installed GRUB on your primary hard drive.

I didn't grasp your previous message, but the setup stopped when the system restarted. I removed the USB and made a fresh partition for Kali, not just Windows. I followed the link you shared for installing it on dual-boot Linux.

I recognize the people I'm talking to, though my English isn't great. I split the partitions using Kali Linux Live instead of Windows, then restarted the system following the instructions. I selected a partition with the most continuous free space. After that, I went to the disk manager and chose an option indicating I finished setting it up. I think it told me it would use partition 6 and another very small one, named 7. Now I'm installing and trying to understand what's happening.

If you're referring to secure boot, I'm not sure—I completely missed that part. The second point I'm unclear on too.
