Your X570 supports M.2 NVMe drives, but since both slots are occupied, you’ll need an M.2 slot that fits your graphics card. Using a PCIe slot won’t change the speed of your GPU, which remains at X8 unless you upgrade the card itself.
Using the bottom x16 port powers the chipset and doesn't impact the top GPU.
The primary position will feature exclusive x16 processing power from the CPU. The remaining slot might be used for M.2, refer to the manual for details.
