You already have a dual-channel 2x8Gb G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 CL16 chip installed. To add more RAM, check which models are compatible with your current setup.

The optimal approach is to obtain a fresh batch of identical modules, but if unavailable or costly, alternatives with comparable performance—such as matching speed, latency (e.g., 3200MHz/CL16), and capacity—should remain viable and reliable.

share the burner screen image for analysis. This helps pinpoint the exact IC model. Once identified, locate an OEM seller offering rams with your specific IC and place your order accordingly. For example, with an Samsung 8Gb DRAM, you’d choose M378A1K43DB2 (8GB single-sided) or M378A2K43DB1 (16GB double-sided). If using a Hynix 8Gb DRAM, options include HMA81G6DJR8N (8GB single-sided) or HMA82G6DJR8N (16GB double-sided). This ensures proper compatibility and smooth operation without needing advanced tuning.

It's true, for Zen 3 it's advised to allocate 3600 memory, and it's usually simpler to secure two sticks rather than four.
