I chose to increase my RAM from 16 to 32 GB. The replacement modules matched those I already owned, and I installed them onto the motherboard after completely shutting down the system. When I powered it back on, all the RAM LEDs lit up, but the screen remained black. After removing the new sticks, I attempted to boot the PC using the original ones in the same slots (slots 2 and 4). It still wouldn’t display anything. I spent five minutes testing various stick combinations, clearing the CMOS, and even swapping the CPUs before trying different slots. Eventually, I found that slots 3 and 4 worked—both individually and together—but any stick in slots 1 or 2 caused the same black screen. Once I switched to slots 3 and 4, I reconnected my PC and updated the BIOS, though it didn’t resolve the issue. I’m still puzzled by these problems and not sure what to try next.

Check if the system boots after removing RAM. Reset CMOS. You can use a screwdriver; the two pins should not be turned off. Insert the modules as follows: kit 1 into A2 B2, kit 2 into slot A1 B1.

I apologize, but it seems the problem remains unresolved.
