I recently purchased a new PC but encountered an issue where it displays the MSI logo during boot from USB and remains unresponsive. I've tested various USB drives and all ports, and even re-downloaded the ISO file without success. Could you offer any advice or solutions?

You're wondering if your prebuilt PC already has an OS set up, but you're having trouble accessing Windows or getting past the installation screen. It sounds like the system is ready but you're stuck at the setup stage.

Yes, you can access BIOS. Ensure the first boot device is configured as USB.

I handle the construction, I manage BIOS settings well, all indicators are clear, attempting to set up the operating system.

Sure, I understand. Based on that, I’d consider using a different USB thumb drive that’s already formatted and have a Windows installer made from another machine.

I've attempted that as well, also replaced RAM and CPU.

I don't have a system to display, but I can help you with information or answer questions about systems if you provide more details.

Consider updating the BIOS. Does the Samsung SSD appear within it? Those are the main things on my mind right now—other than changing motherboards.
