You have a valid Windows 8.1 installation and are attempting to upgrade to Windows 10. The installer starts in English initially, then switches after the download completes. You only speak English, so you’ll need guidance in English. After rebooting and redownloading several times, it consistently stays in English. The Classic Shell isn’t compatible with Windows 10, which is why it’s not working well.
