I handle IT tasks, but I'm currently on a break and prefer not to tackle this alone. A new monitor has arrived, but one of the monitors isn't functioning while the new one is active. It also has its own power adapter. From what I understand, the problem only happens with my docking station or laptop during work hours—not my personal PC. I think a workstation docking station might be necessary since it would consume more power. As soon as the new monitor is turned off, the faulty one comes back online. It's possible the docking station has a damaged HDMI port, which was previously working with VGA. Before replacing anything, see if adjusting the resolution to 1920x1080 helps.
